About me:
Bast-art..s party decoration is specialized on uv-backdrops in a unique style. After making experiences with graffiti-art and oil-colours he started his blacklight project first shown at parties like neumondakustik, magic movement, optical irritation and deep blue sea in Kiel, North-Germany. Starting with only a few small pictures for the first parties his engagement in painting psycedelic stuff became more and more serious. In the last years he found his own style. The result is a mystical, not exactly definable set of backdrops. The idea behind this is to animate the observers phantasies, especially the open minded psy-partycrowd ones. Since 2011 he`s working on a new project containing illuminated fabric objects. In 2012 he started a collaboration with his deco-partner Grille.
