With an intimate and dynamic approach to the adult/alternative genre, Bastet combines traditional rock and folk themes into emotionally charged songs that touch the heart and speak to every corner of the human soul. Bastet’s sound is the culmination of Songstress Adrienne Skeels’ emotional and revealing lyrics interlaced with both warm and haunting melodies. Backed by the rhythmic and colorful guitar playing of John Skeels, the melodic bass playing of Erik Schieffer and the commanding beats laid down by drummer Jay Turnage.
