What did you do
You're guilty
You have to die
We'll find you
Everywhere
Vengeance
Why do you torture me
My mind is in despair
Why do you punish me
For a crime I never committed
Why am I all alone
No one who hears my crying
Why do you want to kill me
For a crime l never committed
Blood, Murder, Vengeance
Now we have you
Now you have to die
[REF]
Lords of the darkness
Phantoms and demons
The devil's temptation
The child will stay innocent
Struggling for life
It's the end of the dark times
Why do you call for me
I'm not the one you look for
Why do you think I'm guilty
Of this crime I never committed
Why is no one at my side
In the hour of my downfall
Why do l have to die
For a crime l never committed
Blood, Murder, Vengeance
Now we have you
Now you have to die
Lords of the darkness
Phantoms and demons
The devil's temptation
The child will stay innocent
Struggling for life
It's the and of the dark times
Each night i lie in my bed
and i think about it
oh my dark friend
can you give me an answer
The people that we love
we cannot understand
every day the people that we love are hurt
the people who we love
and cannot understand
we cannot understand
Do you believe we're the children of a god
do you believe
or do you believe we're left here all alone
do you believe
I have this question
what is it for
this poor life
we live down here
Is there a power all above
a person so called god
so called god
who plans our life
or is it our free will
the creator of our life
are we responsible
The people that we love
we cannot understand
every day the people that we love are hurt
the people who we love
and cannot understand
we cannot understand
Do you believe we're the children of a god
do you believe
or do you believe we're left here all alone
do you believe
Music
Out of the darkness you came
you looked so tired and sad
i asked where you've been
you answered your voice was quiet
out in the cold searching for love
i said you don't have to search for love
Come to me, come to me
rest your head on my shoulder
come to me, come to me
sleep in peace
Your traveled through the world
tasted its food and its love
but never got satisfied
you were always looking for more
out in the cold searching for love
i say you don't have to search for love
Come to me, come to me
rest your head on my shoulder
come to me, come to me
sleep in peace
I always loved you
just come to me
and you'll be at home
Come to me, come to me
rest your head on my shoulder
come to me, come to me
sleep in peace
Es geschah in der Zeit,
Als die Sonne die Erde zum Glühen brachte
Und die Menschen sich nach der Nacht sehnten,
Nach den Schatten
Und der Linderung ihrer Qual:
Die Luft steht stickig still
Die Erde in der Hitze bebt
Kein Windhauch lindert die Qual
Schweiss rinnt von der kalten Stirn
Fieber tobt im weissen Leib
Kein Windhauch lindert die Qual
Auf sanften Flügeln schwebt die Nacht herbei
Der letzte Tag
Schliesst dunkle Augen mit weichem Flügelschlag
Auf sanften Flügeln schwebt die Nacht herbei
Die leise Klag
Schwindet ungehört, da sie nichts vermag
Staub liegt in der heissen Luft
Das Atmen fällt ihm schwer
Kein Windhauch lindert die Qual
Flehend an seinem Bette wacht
Die Geliebte wartend auf die Nacht
Kein Windhauch lindert die Qual
Auf sanften Flügeln schwebt die Nacht herbei
Der letzte Tag
Schliesst dunkle Augen mit weichem Flügelschlag
Auf sanften Flügeln schwebt die Nacht herbei
Die leise Klag
Schwindet ungehört, da sie nichts vermag
Es geschah in der Zeit
Und endlich kam die Nacht

About me:
Sabine Michaela Dünser was born on 27th of June 1977 she grew up in Schaan (Liechtenstein) with her family, consisting of her parents and her younger sister Petra.
Her musical talent was discovered pretty early. She started with a training of basic music skills, containing rhytmic clapping. Later four years of flute-training followed. Already at that young age some teachers supposed she had a great musical talent that was to be encouraged.
During primary school Sabine started playing the piano, and kept playing it until her graduation. It is her piano/keyboard-playing you can hear on Elis’ CDs.
At about the same time she started singing increasingly. She sang in different choires, such as her school-choire and “Divertimento”, a choire for young people in Schaan. She was a founding member of both choires. Since voice-training was very important for her choiremaster, Sabine started classical singing lessons at the age of 19. She participated in the “Liechtenstien Musical Company”- version of the musical “Hair” and in addition her wish to sing in a band strengthened greatly.
In order to be in a position to study logopedics Sabine had to attend a voice-therapy because her voice had been constantly hoarse, a result of it’s excessive usage. During this therapy the reason for the hoarseness was found: nodules on Sabine’s vocal cords. This diagnosis signified a hard time for Sabine. She needed a surgery to get rid of her problem. The consequence was that she wasn’t allowed to sing for six months, her throat was physically affected, so her voice was often entirely gone in the morning and swallowing caused pain. Furthermore her studies of logopedics delayed. In the meanwhile she studied therapeutic pedagogy for a year.
When her voice was finally OK she could put her actual plan into action and studied logopedics. Later she became a speech therapist and worked in a school near her home in Triesen (Liechtenstein), where she lived until she died.
In 1999 Sabine could also realise her plans of singing in a band. Together with Pete Streit (Elis) and Oliver Falk (Erben der Schöpfung, Weltenbrand), who started the project, she founded “Erben der Schöpfung”, which turned into “Elis” later.
Being in a band, and music in general, always meant a lot to Sabine. Elis enabled her to perform in front of many people and to express herself in lyrics and melodies. She didn’t just make music, she lived music. It was pretty obvious how much she enjoyed the time she spent composing, recording and touring. She could easily be met at the merchandising table after concerts, always smiling. She was always very kind to fans, gave them autographs, took pictures with them or just talked to them. She was very open and honest, so there was never any doubt about her great personality.
Elis were just in the recording process of their album “Griefshire”, which Sabine called her “baby”, when her life was ended by a cerebral haemorrhage.
Two weeks before Elis were supposed to play at the “Battle of Metal”-Festival in Germany the band was rehearsing when Sabine suddenly broke down. She wasn’t unconscious, but felt sick and suffered from headaches. On top of that she became hemiplegic. She even said “I think I had a stroke”. Her condition got worse, so the Elis-guys took her to the hospital.
Because of her bad state she had to be taken to another hospital with a helicopter. But within short time she was actually braindead.
After her death Elis decided to release her “baby” Griefshire. Her voice and thoughts live on with it and her other music.
