Greetings bat fans! And welcome to the official BATMAN 1989 movie dedicated myspace fan page!
If you're somewhere around your late 20's and up, you may remember the magnificent experience of the bat film that started it all.
A huge wave of "batmania" had covered the globe with BATMAN merchandising, fanaticism and TV commercials that would feed the needs of every die hard BATMAN fan of the late 80s!
The major motion picture had spawned an immense interest in Batman comic culture amongst people who weren't really familiar with the comic books themselves.
The film starred Academy Award winning, Jack Nicholson as the maniacal Joker and award winning actor, Michael Keaton as the mysterious Batman, whom was met with much speculation and scrutiny amongst "hardcore" Batman fans, due to his previous acting roles and height that seemed to have strayed far from the concept of the comic book version of the Batman.
However, Michael Keaton was able to pull off much more than fans expected and therefore, became the definitive movie BATMAN for nearly 20 years.
Ever since Christopher Nolan's realistic vision of Batman was released, it has been in debate amongst classic and modern movie fans which of the two ranks top class.
Some would say that Tim Burton's vision ranks a close second place next to Christopher Nolan's successful modern take on Batman, while others would disagree.
But no matter how you slice it, they are both great movie productions of their respective time and one could never truly deny the awesome power and seduction of the very first Tim Burton directed, timeless classic bat film, BATMAN.

Hey, I really like what you have done with your MySpace, it’s well arranged and artistically put together. Naturally, I love the Batman/Spider-Man World motif, along with the Martial Arts of course; but I can appreciate all hero/villains, martial arts and sci-fi motifs. I’m always looking for ways to improve my site and add a wide variety of things to it. I’ve been learning more about MySpace and I’ve been very intentional in my profile everything is thoughtfully placed on my page as I can tell you have too. I know it take a second to load but I try to provide an overall experience.
