blues influenced, ballsy fat assed rock that’s ready and willing to kick

soul. Ever so often a band shows its face, straight hits you like a
hammer, and brings back the definition of Rock and Roll. Battle Creek,
three good ol’ boys from Spring Tx, armed with a combination of southern
rock styles, heavy riffs, and a love for “the jam” are proving that all
is not lost. Texas is known for growing some mighty nice hidden
treasures that pack a unexpected blow, and these guys from Battle Creek
are keeping that tradition alive. Tasty solos, southern voices, and the
fattest punches are among what to be expected. You can’t deny the
passion and love these guys have for performing, and every show is full
of surprises. There is a lot to live up to when it comes to true Texas
rock and roll, and these guys are heavily armed and ready for the
battle!

OPENER FOR PODUNK and QUIET RIOT!! April 27th, Battle Creek will be opening for these two awesome bands @ The Hawgs of Texas Motorcycle Rally held in Somerville Tx. The Music Festival will be held from april 25th-28th and featuring headliners Quiet Riot, Vixen, and Blue Oyster Cult. Theres more information @ http://www.hawgsoftexas.com.
