About me:
[Who are we?]:::
Blurbs and Verbs is an up and coming Poetic Bliss Project that is long overdue in the bay.It's a monthly event of featured performance poets, along with hot neo-soul/ r & b acts from the the bay area, and closing with a traditional open mic portion for those who may be first-timers or even seasoned performers who wanna drop a line or 2 as a spur of the moment type thing.
[What we do & why you need to know]:::
Blurbs & Verbs is all about the art, the urban community and about positive self-expression, and the buzz is already ridiculous. So if you aren't involved, there's a problem....and it's not with US.
[When is it & how can I participate?]:::
The first event is set to take place in early fall as time is needed to talent scout for poets and singers. I'll keep you updated on the progress and once I have the right mix of artists, i'll be scheduling a laidback audition for those interested in being paid featured artists and vocalists. Hit me up with a note and add BAFP as a friend if you're down.
