I bought my first piece of music software back in January 07 with no experience whatsoever with anything musical previously. Ive never played an instrument and never taken the time to learn to read it and doubt i ever will (although i have recently aqquired a keyboard, aswell as an acoustic guitar, nice one Qeff!!:) so this might change). This is mainly for my DnB sample tracks, although as you will hear, most are still unfinished as i am still learning as i go. All comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated .
I'm gonna slowly try and compile a list of my all time tunes, not in any particular order:
Pendulum - Slam /
William Orbit - Barbers Adagio /
Joe Budden - 10 Minutes /
Joe Budden - Fire /
Joe Budden - Walk with me /
Sway - Up your speed /
Mothers Pride - Learning to fly /
Paul Van Dyke - For An angel /

Check it out! I wrote a free book on music production! It's for total beginners, but if you aren't new to music production, maybe you'll still learn something... at least you can send it to your friends who always want to ask you a billion questions about music production! It's free so...

Hey man, cheers for your kind words. Im using cubase 3 at the moment and some nice software synths, I just bought Albino 3 which is a well versatile synth, cool for making fat basslines or huge alien sound scapes. I have an alesis micron hardware synth which is cool for making classic analogue sounds. What are you using?
