About me:
On air | Online | Fridays, 19:00-20:00

BBC Norfolk Introducing broadcasts on Fridays from 19:00 to 20:00, bringing you the best new music from across the county and beyond.

We deliver a weekly dose of interviews and new tracks. Find out more at bbc.co.uk/norfolk

From here you can also listen again to BBC Norfolk Introducing's reports on the local music scene that have gone out on Radio 1's Huw Stephens and Steve Lamacq shows.

You can listen live locally on 95.1, 95.6 and 104.4FM, DAB and globally via bbc.co.uk/norfolk - you can also listen again online via the iPlayer.

BBC Norfolk Introducing is part of BBC Introducing, offering the best new and unsigned music to the UK.

As the local gateway to BBC Introducing bands can end up having their music played on Radio 1, like Norfolk's Hasikara Smile, The Lost Levels, T-Leevz, Kunk, Context and Go Public or be asked to record a Maida Vale session like The Brownies - or end up at Glastonbury like The Kabeedies.

Who I'd like to meet:

Lovely, lovely Norfolk bands, acts, singers, gig promoters, etc!

If you are from - or playing - in our fine county, please send your original recordings (no cover songs accepted) to:

BBC Norfolk Introducing, The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1BH

Send your tracks on CD or vinyl by post.

We prefer you to send music by post on CD or CDR (recordable CD). So when you burn tracks to CDR, make sure they are audio CDs (not data CDs) so that they can be played in normal stereo CD players. We also accept vinyl and mini-discs.
