Catch the show every Friday at 7pm on BBC Radio Norfolk, 95.1 95.6, 104.4FM, MW - 855, 873 & DAB if you're inside the county border - if you're further afield then listen live online or again on the iPlayer at bbc.co.uk/norfolk BBC Norfolk Introducing regularly records sessions in the TV studio at BBC Voices, below deck at The Forum, Norwich. Here, you'll discover a selection of sessions by some of the best and most experimental bands emerging across Norfolk's fertile ground - a good illustration why Norwich has been named by the NME as one of the UK's most vibrant music scenes.

If you are from our patch, please submit your original recordings (no cover songs accepted) to the BBC Uploader here at bbc.co.uk/music/introducing/uploader Or post them to: BBC Introducing in Norfolk, The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1BH. Send your tracks on CD or CDR (recordable CD) by post. When you burn tracks to CDR, make sure they are audio CDs (not data CDs) so that they can be played in normal stereo CD players.
