I love all music. I am classically trained and educated. some of my favorite bands are Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Afro-Celt, Evanessence, Stained...Really, all music, from classical to rock to alternative to world music, and , especially any kind of cross-over/cross-cultural music.
Movies
Sci-Fi, Adventure, Historical, and the occasional "chick" flick with my girl.
About me: I am a 50year old professional musician, I was once a pro motorcyclist, but now I am still very active and it is one of my most loved activities, and I was once a professional mountain guide in Colorado and I still love the mountains and the outdoors very deeply.
Having grown up in the family of a naturalist and forest ranger I have lived very closely to our natural world. Now, Having lived all over the country and travelled all over the world, I have found my home in the Pacific Northwest.
I am a "Common Sense" envirnmentalist, a naturalist, and I enjoy the outdoors greatly as a motorcyclist. I do not have much time for Extremists with political agendas, whether they be envirnmentalists or ORV users. They waste a lot of peoples time and money on their agendas, and not on trully protecting, sustaining and enjoying our natural world.
Who I'd like to meet: Friends with similar interests. And, friends with other interests that I might learn and grow from.
Hi Bruce, thank you for your comments. I'd certainly love to try it! I was just thinking I need something more to feel and it may be music is what I need. but I haven't found an instrument I am good with, and hadn't really thought to ask a musician. haha
You'd think it would be more obvious than continuing to try the guitar. it's making me angry. haha I have clutch fingers. barely. (and I like the handbrake. on the other side I love a thumb throttle for wheelies)

Hey Bruce, Thanks for listening to my music and adding me as a friend. I try to be smart consumer and I do a lot of recycling. My family is trying to live a simpler life and not buy a lot of junk. When I get older I'll do a lot more for the environment. <3 Annie D.
