Formed in 1989 for their tenure at Westridge Mall(Desert Sky), Broadway Bound & Gagged is the valley's oldest Rocky Horror shadowcast theatrical troupe(although they've also done Clue, Cannibal!, and Hedwig & the Angry Inch).

Friends, they may think it's a MOVEMENT, and that's what it is: THE ALICE'S RESTAURANT ANTI-MASSACREE MOVEMENT! . . . and all you gotta do to join is to foward it. It's about Alice, and the restaurant, but "Alice's Restaurant" is not the name of the restaurant, that's just the name of the song. That's why I call the song "Alice's Restaurant."
Now it all started two Thanksgivings ago... two years ago, on Thanksgiving, when my friend and I went up to visit Alice at the restaurant.
But Alice doesn't live in the restaurant, she lives in the church nearby the restaurant, in the bell tower with her husband Ray and Facha, the dog.
And livin' in the bell tower like that, they got a lot of room downstairs where the pews used to be, and havin' all that room (seein' as how they took out all the pews), they decided that they didn't have to take out their garbage for a long time.
We got up here and found all the garbage in there and we decided that it'd be a friendly gesture for us to take the garbage down to the city dump.
On behalf of Grand Cinemas, Come As You Are Entertainment and myself, I want to thank you all for your performance on Friday August 17th.
I believe it was a successful night, and I’m sure many people had a good time; and I can admit that even I had a few moments of nostalgia, remembering some of the good times of the past. I hope all of you enjoyed it as well.
While I’m under no delusions about the opinion that some in the BB&G extended circle hold about me, I sincerely appreciate the focus and professionalism that was on display for the sake of putting on the show.
I hope that all of you will feel welcome to visit us any time, and if any of you would like to guest-perform, please let me know (bearing in mind we do casting on a monthly basis, so I’d need requests in by the third week of the prior month at the latest). Good luck with your next two shows at the Paper Heart.

This is an official and formal invitation to any & all members of BB&G, past & present, who wish to join us for the Arizona Pride Parade, coming up on Saturday, April 14th. You are free to join us as individuals, representing your group, or the group as a whole. A new flyer will be designed covering ALL of Arizona's casts/shows, and pointing towards the appropriate websites. And of course you are welcome and encouraged to come in costume/character.
This is a big chance to bring Arizona's ROCKY community together, and we'd love to have you! So let me know as soon as possible if you plan to attend by emailing me at azrocky@gmail.com, so we can let the parade organizers know how many of us to expect.
Thanks for the add! I was in the cast at WestRidge from 88-89 as Rocky. The at the Mill ave from 93-95ish, any have any pictures of me in costume please let me know, I have NONE - Not one picture of me in the Gorilla Suit - not one as Rocky - not one for the other parts played.
