I have come to realize that the past and the future
are illusions, that they exist only in
the present, which is what there is and all
there ever is.~~~~
I Love: Raw Chocolate and other superfoods! Yoga in the morning, breathing, being...spending time with good friends, being inspired, learning something new, recycling and knowing that I am making a difference (no matter what anyone tells me!), honey on my toast, reading a good book, my cats, new shoes, dining out, swimming in the ocean...I miss the ocean. Summer time, cacao shakes in the morning, green drinks, the sunshine,clean and organized spaces, trying new things, mid afternoon, realizing how good I have it and smiling when I do, vacations (but who doesn't!) Eating healthy and showing others how to do the same - if only they would listen, biking, living life to the fullest, being in love, setting a good example, smiling and making others smile...it's all about experiencing life...

Scary movies only when I have someone to hide behind when necessary (the first Grudge...I think I am the only one who thought it was scary!), comedies sometimes.. Napolean Dynamite was very funny and other "so stupid they are funny" movies hold my interest! Romantic movies inspire me. **Television
I don't have much time for t.v. these days - but when I do, I watch junk! I have a tendency to get hooked on reality TV and I love American Idol - Scrubs is funny too. **

Anyone who can be completely comfortable and confident just being themselves. Someone who knows exactly who they are and has the freedom to live and love how and who they want with out wasting their time caring about what everyone else thinks and speaks their mind no matter what the topic! Oh, and my mother is my hero because she raised such a sweet girl, plus I love her so much! My husband is my hero too, because he's so damn smart!

The New York Compliment Campaign was created by Eniko Thatsit, she created 52 cards with 52 unique compliments on them and she handed them out to New Yorkers. This was a project for her thesis and her intention was for the cards to be passed on so the compliments circulated and further broke social blockage. Very inspiring - please watch!! **
