Thank you for visiting the Myspace site for the Broome County Young Democrats. We look forward to working with candidates, elected officials, and, most importantly, young adults to help better our community and the political process for residents of all ages. The Broome County Young Democrats goals are to: (1) work as closely as possible with all levels of the Democratic Party; (2) support and elect Democratic candidates to public office; (3) enhance the interest and knowledge of young people in government and political process; (4) train and develop young people for positions of leadership; and (5) increase the role of under-represented people in our Party, government, and society. We would like to meet you! Membership is open to registered Democrats or residents of Broome County between the ages of 16 and 36. Dues are $20 per year. College and High School students can join for a discounted rate of $10!
