Hello to all you Punkinhead fans! Green Door show on Friday is technically sold out. But there may be a small amount of people who can still get in. Not sure how many, and not sure when the line will start orming, and we really hate to see anyone stand in line and not get in. But that's the deal. I hope you'll all make it out to my first Saturday show at Green Door in Fayetteville Saturday, Oct 18. I'll be performing solo on piano to start the show, then I'm playing drums w/The Wade Ogle Songbook, then I'll debut my new band "The Sideways Ponies" with a short set to close the night.

For all you "old-school" Fayetteville folks, I think you'll see a lot of familiar faces at this show.

Mark Bilyeu of (Big Smith) brings his beautiful voice and exquisite acoustic guitar work back to my Green Door show.
And Pat Villines & Mattie Speece return to Fayetteville fresh from their nation-wide radio appearance on Prairie Home Companion. Very fortunate to have guest artists of this caliber on a Wednesday night for six bucks. As always, these shows have a very intimate vibe. And we have the best 'listening' audience you'll ever find in a nightclub.

I'll be hosting the show from my real piano, and guest musicians during my set will include Matt Smith (Flipoff Pirates), and Opal Fly.
If you're looking for a different kind of show, or your looking for that old-school Fayetteville vibe...this is the show to see.

Thanks to all the Wednesday night Green Door fans. You've really turned these shows into something special.

My guests this week are Mayapple recording artist NOAH EARLE from Springfield area, and JUSTIN BRASHER from Fayetteville. Noah spins beautiful soundscapes of middle-America, with a timeless and organic stlyle. While Justin (personally recommended by Earl Cate) has a remarkably clean approach to his songs for such a young performer.
