David is the worship leader at Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church and the leader of Destiny Style Records’ acclaimed flagship recording group, Destiny Praise. Rhythm and Groove (REC) Level 2 MOVES TO WEDNESDAYS!!!!! Rhythm and Groove combines the groove of hip hop mixed with basic rhythmic modern jazz dance in an exciting fun filled class that will have you feeling like you are dancing in a music video. This class consists of a short warm up based on hip hop technique and involves stretching, strengthening and coordination exercises. The choreography itself is very much a cardio-vascular workout, but with the artistic integrity of professional level hip hop - moves that are easy to do - that just look hard.
