Jazz bassist located in Toronto, Canada.

Brendan graduated with a Masters in Jazz Performance from New England Conservatory in Boston where he studied with Dave Holland, George Garzone, George Russell, and John McNeil, to name a few. After moving back to Toronto he played numerous evenings at The Rex Hotel as it expanded it’s jazz policy from two nights a week with no piano to what exists today. An old injury forced him to take an almost decade long hiatus from playing in clubs. Brendan returned to playing in 2005 after moving to Vancouver, Canada. After moving back he has enjoyed playing with many of the local musicians in and around the Toronto area.
