    Brian Devereaux is a singer/songwriter, who's music is described as a mixture of "sentiment and edginess". He plays acoustic guitar and performs solo but, is often backed by a driving rock band, as well. Brian's songs have been played on the CBC, and radio stations in Boston and Northern Ireland. He recently completed his 2nd CD "How'd You Know".

Bio:

Brian is a singer/songwriter from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was lead singer in several bands and now performs solo or with his group, Furnace Room. His songs are reminiscent of folk tunes from the past, but are molded into a modern-esque mix of pop and driving rock. His influences are a mixture of Rock and some Celtic. He recently completed his first CD "Never Came Home" available on ITunes. The title comes from the 3rd song, "What Happened To Jon", which is about the unsolved murder of Jon Reader, that occured in Nova Scotia. Jon's father, David, is co-writer. Brian has almost completed his next CD. A demo of one of the songs is on the site.
