The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success

A little bit about myself…I am happily married to my wife Traci, she and I have been married now for oh... I guess it’s been 15 years now and we have two amazing little girls together, our first born Taylor is 11 now, she’s our girly girl, and our little surprise Dakota she’s (she's 3 now) our tom boy child WHEW...didn’t see that one coming. (To see some pictures click here.)
They are the highlight of our lives. We have a few four-legged children as well – Buster, our Boxer he’s just a big baby and Bennie our cat. We love to ride our motorcycles, I have a Custom Chopper, my Wife has a Harley and we have a few ATV’S, so I guess you could say we like motorcycles, we travel as much as we can, but as my wife says it’s never enough I would have to agree. We live in the hills of the Ozarks here in Mid-Missouri that’s right the SHOW-ME STATE.....
We both currently earn a very nice income, I have a Decorative Concrete Overlay Business, called Custom Concrete Design LLC, and my Wife Traci has her own Hair Salon, my business has always been seasonal since I started doing this back in 2001, and for the last 5 years I have been in pursuit of looking and starting my own Home Based Business. I started a company called Vinylman in 1998, I know what your thinking what in the world is Vinylman, well I went to Car Dealerships and Marina's and fixed any type of damage to the vinyl, leather or cloth interior, I also started doing paint touch up in 2000, something I could add to my business to provide my customers another service and another income stream for me, everyone was happy.
Then in 2001 I started looking into the Decorative Concrete Business and thought there was certainly a need for something like that around here and it was pretty cool so I thought the product would literally sell itself and it has to a certain extent. here's where things really got difficult now I had 2 businesses and guess what...1 employee,,,...ME,....so I hired someone for my Vinylman Business, he would in about 6 months in become the new owner, so back to just the one business now, from here I aspired to build a successful business that, over time, would require less and less “day-to-day” involvement while still generating a considerable income. While my business has been lucrative, it hasn’t gotten to the point of being passive. Employees come and go which means you have to continually recruit and train, advertise, and basically wear many hats which is very labor intense, and extremely time consuming and exhausting to say the least. Not really how I had foreseen things to be 10 years ago, I knew that the work would have to be done the first 2 to 3 years into this, but I never thought it would be as difficult as it has been. Whoever said owning your own business was easy...Wow were they wrong.
So, I’ve continued my search for more passive income approaches, online now which makes perfect sense my businesses have been seasonal and I have all this time in the winter months why not look online... there has to be a better way, working on my hands and knees....... forget that, I’m getting to old to be doing that. I mean look at it this way I would be able to work anytime of year, wherever I want to work, rain or shine 7 days a week if I want ha.. ha.. preferably not, low overhead, no employees to hire every year. I looked everywhere, tried a few things failed at some... well I shouldn’t call it failing it’s more like finding out what doesn’t work and then trying a different approach until I find something that does work.
I know that there are many great programs out there, but I also know that there are a lot of scams and crooks. I’ve done a tremendous amount of research, and one important thing I’ve gained is that you definitely have to be careful. My searches of late have brought me to marketing on the internet and how to do it the right way learning from mistakes and the little bits and pieces from others along the way.
After plodding through tons of information, I decided that the best course of action was to find a mentor (or two or three) to guide me through this turbulent world of online marketing and passive income programs. Well I couldn’t be happier with the results. I've been able to cultivate a few great business relationships with some Incredible Achievers in this business. A few are actually Seven Figure earners!
With their help I've been able to learn at such an unbelievable rate. What would have taken years has taken only months. I have learned from their trial and error, but also my own here and there and yes I have tried a few things in the past with little to no success, but each time like I said I learned a lot.
Through their efforts I’ve been able to implement what works and NOT waste time and MONEY with what doesn’t. This is where most businesses fail because they can’t learn fast enough. They run out of money before they figure out what works for them. Don’t let this happen to you.
To be successful all you need to do is simply implement proven marketing strategies and profit from them. I will show you step by step which strategies work for me and which ones don’t.

Personal History
II started working almost part-time when I was about 10. My family has a couple of Convenience stores and a Restaurant I was the “manager” of one of the stores in my early 20’s as a matter a fact it was our first store when we moved down here in 1977 the one I started working in part time when I was 10, I just stocked shelves and bagged some ice re-stocked the big walk in cooler man that was cold. Yeah sounds big but it really wasn’t… Wow - memories. And all this work netted me about 20 bucks a week. Funny - you couldn’t pay me enough to do that now.
I did what was necessary to have the things I wanted, which at that time when I was 16 was to have a nice car and money to take my girlfriend out to dinner. My friends thought I was nuts for working so much but it really didn’t bother me.
See, I didn’t go to college like my friends. I thought I’d play guitar, party and work meaningless jobs, including my parents convenience store until I got my big break. Which of course never came because I never got the guitar. The guitar thing was all in my head I just wanted to live like a Rock Star. Well the meaningless jobs wore me out, my dad and I could not get along at the store, and I started to really spiral out of control, my girlfriend and I split and I moved to St.Louis got a job there working for a battery company, lived in my mom’s friends basement for about 6 months, what a loser, I was at the absolute lowest time in my life, here I was in someone’s basement, 23 years old, working at some battery company had totally nothing to show for anything in my life I was going no where and fast, and of course I was totally not living like a Rock Star. I didn’t have a pot to P*SS IN, sorry you know what I mean.....
A New Outlook
Around the time I was 25 I met this young women.....yes her name was Traci my future wife, ha ha..boy she had no idea what she was about to get herself into. Things were great.... so great in fact that I asked her to marry me just 10 months later, we were married in may of 1993 and have been together since, about a year after we got married I started to really get into working out, the bug had bitten me I was in the gym all the time it's all I could think about. After 1 serious year of working out I entered the world of competitive bodybuilding. I did ok, I placed in every competition I was in, so I did nothing but workout and compete for those 2 years, (94 & 95) This was my big paradigm shift, things were about to change for the both of us.....My outlook on life changed at that point and I've never looked back.
To celebrate the completion of my second poetry book, Worn Pajamas, I will be offering my first book, Life Inside Pajamas: A Poetic Look at Modern Society, as a FREE download. Just my way of saying thanks for the support over the years. Check out my blog for info how to download.
