  • Bio

Beach Party Blockade got their start in the mid-19th century as the house band for the Dred Scott debates but proved a one-Decision-wonder and faded into local obscurity. Thirty years of entertaining at riots and suffrage parties would follow before they were rediscovered on a D.C. streetcorner, where a hopeful Grover Cleveland spotted them and is purported to have muttered through his mustache "...quite." After his election the Blockade were named honorary members of President Cleveland's cabinet and began playing for visiting dignitaries and the bi-monthly White House Hopscotch Tournament. But it wasn't until 1963 that the Beach Party fellas scored their biggest break yet: the JFK Procession Marching Squad! Record deals and forty years of touring followed before they finally moved their operation to Fresno, California where they reside today. Now well into their hundred-and-seventies, Max, Drew, Bobby, Dave, Casey, and Conner are content playing the local coffee shops and nightclubs, but wouldn't turn down a good marbles tourney if it came their way. .. .. .. .................... .... ...... ..   ....people whose asses have been blown out........ ........ ........ ..Thousands.. of creamed jeans........ ...... ...... ..........laura................................ ..........drew................................ ..........casey................................ ..........kendra.................................. ............josh................................ ..........alexa................................ ..........ari................................ ..........mary................................ .............. ..more asses still............. .... ......
