My hero is my husband Jerry, no matter how hard life gets for me, he is always there. We have went through so much in our MANY years of marriage, including a divorce. We worked through the hell, got over life's bumps, and made it. Can I say it was easy, no. Love, Life, Family & Marriage never are. We will always have to face the life obstacles that are thrown on us. But as long as we help each other through it, it can be done. I don't have to say anything, but Jerry knows when to hold me. He knows how to push me. He has more confidence in me than I do many times. What would I do without him? All I know is that I see us getting old together.

About me:

I am married to my high school sweetheart Jerry of 25 years, 2 wonderful kids; Nichole (24) and Jay (19)!

I have been surfing the net now for 10+ years! My favorite past time is to surf for freebies & contests etc. About 8 years ago, I had been sending all my friends the "stuff" I found in an email. And I had even been promoting other sites affiliate links. So I decided to give it ago, and make my own newsletter. Well... after hundreds of members later, and lots of encouragement from my family, friends and newsletter members I started a website. As of Dec. 2000 I started Bearable Deals.

I will confess, unless I spam you to death with a ton of SPAM offers, do I really make any money. I made more being a Tupperware Exec. Manager than working this site to my bones. There are times that I don't sleep for several days trying to get stuff done. I do enjoy what I do. I am just not one of those Freebie sites that offer you false links to a freebie, and then it turnss out it was spam.

One of these days I will become famous for the work I love! LOL!

I can be found on the net all hours of the days & nights. My schedule varies depending on my family & health. I am a night owl.

I surf for freebies, deals, sweepstakes, graphics, scrapbooking stuff etc. My little computer life has grown to the point that I have filled a few hard drives, and I cannot download much more at this point without buying a new hard drive.

I have won many prizes over the years of entering contests. My very first prize that should have told me my future was when I was 12 I was listening to the radio station (WXCL - Peoria, IL), and at 2am I did a call in contest and won the Coal Miners Daughter Album. Ran in and woke up my parents and got grounded for not being in bed! LOL! My first prize from the internet sweepstakes was for a case of candybars! LOL! My biggest prize was a trip to New Orleans Jazz Fest, it became the honeymoon that hubby & I never had. We couldn't even use everything that was given to us to see that weekend. (It is also where I got my first tattoo!)

I am an advocate for children, I have been to seminars on child abuse of all forms, in groups to help with petitions etc. I have volunteered @ an abuse shelter program (helped run their thrift store etc).

I am big on supporting our military. Those men & women can die for us, our country and our freedoms! The deserve more than our government gives them. It is screwed up when our movie stars, sport stars etc can make millions, and our military can qualify for food stamps. This is a heated issue for me. But I do want to say THANK YOU to our military & veterns.

So what are you waiting for??? Check out my website Bearable Deals TODAY! Join my FREE Newsletter!
