B E A R Z formed 1979 by John Goddard (vocals) and Dave Gunstone (guitar and bass). Mark Willis (drums). David Lord (keyboards). Signed up by Ivo, to Axis/4AD/and Beggers Banquet, in 1979. ---Previously in 1979 Dave Gunstone bass) and John Goddard (vocal), were in a rock band called Black Ice, along with Shaun Holloway (guitar), Eric Milne (lead guitar) and Dave Wheeler (drums). Dave wrote Black Ice for this band.
