Posse N' Effect have rocked the house for the last four years Playing in venues such as the lions den, Arlenes Grocery,BB kings,Baggot Inn,Hells Gate Social (also Many Jersey and Long Island Shows). Garth Burton AKA King Adrock grew up in New York City.He went to School with MCA who was a skinhead at the time. He grew up as skateboard graffiti writer and music influences ranged from Rap (Run DMC, T LA Rock, Treacherous Three, Furious Five and ALL old school Hip Hop) to Rock and Metal (Ratt,Bad Brains, Suicidal Tendancies, Slayer , Metallica).Garth started playing Double bass drums for about Ten Years.He studied with masters such as JT Lewis, Lenny White, John Paterson and went on to play in metal bands ..Cryptonight..Steel Empire and Skinflint.Rap was always Pasion and started the beastie boys Tribute. Ben Rothberg AKA MCA Also Grew up in NY and is still a hard Core Graffiti Writer.Bens Influences Range From Clasical To Rap And old School Rock.He was A lead Singer in Lemme Get Some and Suck On My Balls.These Bands Both played with Bigger acts in the Late 80'S.He is one of the Better looking in the band and the Girls are usually on his jock.Bens influences range from Old School Rock and Metal to industial beats. Andrew Salvage AKA MIKE D Also born and bred in new york is a huge Iron Maiden fan.Andrew Beat out the other guys while auditioning for Posse N Effect For his energy in the Studio.He also Played Guitar for Lockjaw. He just got Back from Costa rica where he Checked out Iron Maiden.Andrew has a wide range of infuences. To name a few (Beastie Boys,Van Halen,Motley Crew and Nirvana). ....
