There comes a time in a man's life when all he really needs is a couple of beers, a dark bar and a band that plays straight ahead rock music. That band is The Silver Brazilians. These guys aren't some fancy art-rock band. They play blues driven, garage rock that reminds me of simpler times when you didn't need a PhD to listen to music. You may have heard their hit single, "Kate Winslet" on Little Steven's Underground Garage where it was deemed "Coolest Song in the World This Week" praise for these UK guys comes from the likes of Little Steven and Andrew Loog Oldham.
