The Beaumont Art League would like to welcome new board members: Terri Fox (new board president), Rick Hall, Xenia Fedorochenko, and C. Delle Bates. The League would also like to welcome artist Albert Faggard to our advisory board.
Who I'd like to meet: People who are genuinely interested in art and photography as a medium of intellectual and emotional expression. We do have limits as this is a space where everyone (including children at times)comes to see what's happening at the league, so if your space is pornographic, bloody, scary, lots of cussing, anything disrespectful of women, different ethnic groups, religious beliefs etc...please don't request we add you. This is also not a forum for anti-establishment rants, religion, political views, advertising your latest CD, etc. If you are a fine artist/photographer or would like to support the League with a monetary gift or membership, we will add you but the above stated parameters apply. It's been so long since I've done portraits, I will be going to california to get my piano mar 26th and back to work on April 3rd. when I get that outa the way I'll be ready to get painting serious. I want to try some wildlife, elk deer etc. we'll see. ttyl, thanks.
