We are the Beaumont four, here at the United States Penitentiary in Beaumont, Texas. We are a group of people of like minded individuals, who have found a way not only for our release from these hellholes, but other inmates as well. We are not asking for donations or money, rather a moment of your time to read the following.
In out legal studies, we have found a loophole that will help out a lot Federal inmates who are locked up illegally. It is a jurisdictional issue, so everyone can use it, and we have sent a copy of the writ to this publication for easier access for prisoner population.
We have filed our 2241 Habeas Corpus briefs in US District court in Beaumont, Texas. The writ deals with the title 40 USC 3112 (b) (c) issues, which basically states that in order for the federal government to take over any land they have to file for jurisdiction from whatever state they are acquiring the property in. This covers the federal courthouses, and any evidence gathered in a state case that is used in a federal prosecution. A state has to first waive its jurisdiction in order for the feds to use the evidence, or even the courthouse in most cases for a federal prosecution. They will reply that it does not violate title 40 USC 3112 (a), or Adams v. US 87 Led 1421, so the response you must make is that it violates due process for the federal government to take evidence gathered in a state case, and said evidence is transferred from state custody into federal custody without a state waiver to federal authority, and federal acceptance of such evidence. We are also arguing the fact that the land is not being used properly by the governmental agencies by looking at the General Services Admin. Contracts for land usages. Basically they are not allowed to hold court on you in the federal courts without your permission, or the states permission in which you reside. It is in the Constitutional Law. A waiver must be filed by the state with the US Archives Office, then the feds must accept jurisdiction. If these things are not in the file then it is a jurisdictional issue and can be brought up at any time.
Tell your friends, get involved, and get your friends involved. Blog this action for we are out in the front lines here in Beaumont. If we are placed on diesel therapy it will be hard for us to fight our cases. We want your help blogging this on the net and websites everywhere you can think of including chat rooms because people are made aware of these illegalities that are going on – they will finally be able to wake up and do something for themselves or family members in this disheartening situation. A bill of attainder has been issued against a minority peoples, namely inmates, who are recognized as a minority by the federal government, so as such, we can now file in the world court as well for US Constitutional violations due to a Bill of Attainder being used against us by the feds, who have overstepped their jurisdiction in all federal cases. We will keep you posted as to what occurs, because they will respond back to us soon and we file under due process violation, for the state land titles are before most of our births, and as such we as “Citizens” are allowed to vote or protest the deeds to the federal government. We thank you fro your time, and pray you will move this word to the net, so everyone can benefit from this. We have filed our briefs with the US District Court in Beaumont, Texas, and will hopefully be out there soon to continue forth the fight for individual liberties and justice, as this country was founded upon such, and we shall all wake up to the struggle, and begin anew with our efforts, which will bring about great chances.
With respect, The Beaumont Four
Who I'd like to meet: We have found a little known law that deals with the governments jurisdiction over anyone who is from another jurisdiction. If you can please check out Adams V. United States 87 Led 1421 in the law books at the Universities or even on the internet, also feel free to send us a copy of what you find if possible. But hey check it out it boils down to this. We need Media recognition to get behind us on this to protect us from Disappearing or getting snuffed out by the government for what we have found and are trying to expose. Okay there are four of us that are filing this writ in the District court in Beaumont. And then in the World court at the Hague in the Netherlands. With help from you and other activists we can establish a change in misnomer that has been going on for so long to all the peoples of this Nation and others. We DO NOT have internet access we need it! We need people to help with it! Access www.nationalarchives.com and look up state waivers of state jurisdiction into federal jurisdiction, and federal acceptance of any state waiver of its jurisdiction to the federal government. Then look at www.gsa.com or www.generalservicesadministration.com. We need people to look for the waivers and question the officials about the waivers, look for the state waivers to the federal government in each state of this nation, dealing with Federal court houses or federal buildings. By doing this you can help a lot of people out. This is all part of a government conspiracy to keep people locked up!!!!
We want to meet people who will join us in the fight for a fair justice system. Activists that know how to help. People who will write letters of support to us and other prisoners. Lawyers who have not sold their souls, Musicians who believe in causes and sing about them, Big kind hearted people who care about the Planet, animals and the future as whole! We want to meet real people rebels who stand tall and take action not just talk. We want to meet people who still believe in the power of a dream and unity for all people.

I know what its like on the inside, and about the injust Laws inside and outside, I've done 2, 0-5 back to back, out of that 10 years I'va done 1/2. I been off paper for about a year and a 1/2, and its not easy trying to lean to this new world, I say new world because, we get use to the being behind those walls, and to adjust is not easy, I remember the time inside, I will always pray for my brothers and sisters behind those walls, remember you all are not forgotten,
