Seattle Singer/Songwriter, Alysin Crase has been playing music since she was very small. She began playing piano when she was three, picked up the violin at age six, bass guitar at 13 and guitar at 23. Two years ago, she added cello and viola to the mix. Inspired by everything around her, she paints soundscapes with her music. Each song is different and unique. It's hard to put it into one particular genre as she is inspired by everything from Vivaldi to PJ Harvey and everything in between.
She currently plays electric violin with the band, Original Fruit.
Alysin hit it big with her band, Beautiful Darlings back in 2006 with her song "Bleed". Check out their pod cast on Northwest Noise

Come out to the SHOWBOX MARKET sept. 26th OTHERWISE will be playing with Vibrant Society, Stone Bender, Trips Like Animals ans Ghost Town Riot. This will be our first time at the SHOWBOX MARKET so we're all really excited come out and share the evening with us :o) Before the show, spend Saturday at the EMP for FREE. This Friday night (4/17), @ the Showbox Sodo Lounge, . Otherwise will be rockin out with Half the World, Iris I, and Vibrant Society. It's gonna be a night all about good times and music. We have some new things going on, so come by and let us know if you dig what we're doin. A show is only as rockin as the audience, and we've got some pretty bad ass friends.
