Music
Rock and Metal, any kind, and one hit wonders
Your Inner Muse is Euterpe
You are most like this muse of music.
While you may or may not be musical...
You love music and set life to your own personal soundrack.
And you are good at making anyone's heart sing!
Sci-fi, fantasy, horror, superhero movies, animation, all things vampire AND I'm a sucker for a musical
The Movie Of Your Life Is A Cult Classic
Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few.
But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky.
You are stealth, complex, and creative.
You never face problems head on. Instead, you rely on your craftiness to get your way.
A mystery to others, you thrive on being a little misunderstood.
You happily work behind the scenes... because there's nothing better than a sneak attack!
Why you would be a good superhero: You're so sly, no one would notice... not even your best friends
Your biggest problem as a superhero: Missing out on all of the glory that visible superheroes get
A few important things: I work in a bookstore and it is the BEST job on earth. (And anything I write in my blog is my opinion and not necessarily that of my employer. I had to write that. ) Love me love my dog. I hate ketchup. I like my steak medium rare. Pepsi not Coke. I usually order Gin and 7. I read. I think. I write. I love monsters. I am not a girly girl, but I am still a girl and I like being a girl. I cannot tolerate stupidity. I thrive on sarcasm. I will not judge you by the way you look but by the way you look at me. I do not believe in any gods. I am waiting for a superhero but I'll take a supervillain. Other than these little bits, read my blog and you'll know what you need to. Anything more, just ask.
You are elegant yet unpretentious, modest yet vivacious.
Attractive and friendly, you are full of imagination but might lack passion.
You abhor vulgar people, and you don't like anything in excess.
You have little more ambition than to live a calm life and enjoy nature.
You create a content, peaceful atmosphere for others.
To others, you seem a bit dark, mysterious, and moody.
In truth, you are just a very unique person who doesn't care what others think.
And you really enjoy your offbeat interests and friends.
You've decided that life is about living for yourself - simple as that.
Close to sun, Mercury has very long days - and is rarely visible to the rest of the solar system.
You are perfect to rule Mercury, because you live for the present - and can truly enjoy a day that goes on forever.
Like Mercury, you are quick and elusive. Your wit is outstanding, and you can win any verbal sparring match.
Some people see you as superficial, but in truth, you just play many roles and have many interests.
A great manipulator, you usually get what you want from people. And they're happy to give it to you.
As a winter present for everyone, I'm offering a free novella on my website.

I did a post on the old homes that influenced the creation of the plantation called Pleasant Grove in Enemy of the King. One of these is our old Virginia family home. Pop into my NEW blog: http://bethtrissel.blogspot.com/ And send your friends and relations (That sound like Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh)
Historical/light paranormal romance with strong Native American elements (IF you know anyone who would like the Digital download/E-book send them to The Wild Rose. It's already out in paperback at Amazon. More online stores to follow)
Spring is such a rejuvenating time of year. I love this soft misty day and the much needed rain soaking into the earth. My beloved valley will be even greener.
This is one of the most lovely pics my mom has taken of the Shenandoah valley and mountains.
She was on a church retreat when she snapped this shot early one morning near a wooded lake.
I find comfort in a verse from Psalm 24: 1: 'The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. ' Blessings on you my friend.
Good morning! My gracious author friend, Mona Risk, did a lovely interview with me at Writers at Play. Please pop in and leave a comment: http://www.writersatplay.com/wordpress/
Hi Amy. You are sneaky working in a bookstore. :) I'm whacked and down on the couch for the rest of the day/evening.
Very unseasonably warm here. Having to water in the greenhouse like mad, plus all the new plants outside. Today I was like a mother duck trying to keep up with her brood.
We had the whole family over for a cookout. I made my rhubarb pudding with rhubarb from the garden and had spinach that wintered over for the salad and asparagus.
Our best asparagus patches were planted by the birds. This pic is one my mom took of a mama mallard and her ducklings. If you like ducks, be sure to check out the post I wrote earlier this spring about our experience with these fine feathered friends.
Woo hoo! Absolutely gorgeous here today. I transplanted tomatoes seedlings, herbs, and geraniums in my greenhouse. Tomorrow, I hope to work in the garden. The reason sunflowers are coming up everywhere is because of these guys. They must fling seed willy nilly.
I’ve never known more euphoric little birds. To enjoy their glad chatter plant sunflowers and a flock gold finches will discover your yard. Obviously, they also like feeders.
Hi Amy. I hear you. :) But I had my nieces to deal with.
I crashed over the rest of the weekend.
My books will be available on all the major online booksellers in both E-download and paperback.
The Wild Rose is predominantly an E-publisher so their main push is with the new E-reader market, but they also have excellent print books available.
Better quality covers and paper than many of the NY houses Do you order from Amazon? Or Barnes&Noble online? If not, ask your local bookstore to order the books in, I assume they can but don't know how that works.
OK, so I’ve had better days. I’m on an antibiotic for the creeping crud and I broke my glasses and my sister had to ducktape them together at the brim. While my wee nieces were here, one of them went potty on the rug and the other poured my hubby’s aftershave in the toilet. But it’s a beautiful day, and my new release, Daughter of the Wind, is selling well at Amazon even though it’s not officially out yet.

I wandered lonely as a cloud That floats on high o'er vales and hills, When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden daffodils; Beside the lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze Continuous as the stars that shine And twinkle on the milky way, They stretched in never-ending line Along the margin of a bay: Ten thousand saw I at a glance, Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
~William Wordsworth, "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud," 1804
