As you can tell, one of my favorite bands is The Alternate Routes. They are just an great group of guys that play some awesome music! Below you'll find my own video in honor of my favorite musical guys as well as their own vid for their song "Time Is A Runaway"!
My music taste is rather eclectic. I pretty much listen to anything except rap and thrash metal. I'm a true 80's girl at heart too! lol Some of my favorites are Alternate Routes, Dave Pahanish, Lifehouse, Los Lonely Boys, Duran Duran, Alan Frew, Evanescense, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Hicks, Katharine McPhee, Daughtry, INXS, Dilana and sooo many more!
You definitely need to check out the Alternate Routes - such a great band and a bunch of great guys! They'll be back in the Burg December 26th and 27th so come on out to the REX THEATER in South Side and see them live!!!
Movies
My favorite movie is The Abyss with Ed Harris - another great actor. I think I've seen it about 140 times (ok maybe not THAT many but ALOT! lol). Another favorite is Medicine Man with Sean Connery - dontcha just love that accent - and he's still not bad looking for his age. I love so many other movies too - give me comedies/romantic comedies and drama's and I'm good to go.
Television
Well as for television, besides my 3 favorite shows - Moonlight, Grey's Anatomy and CSI, I love Supernatural, Prison Break, Boston Legal, What I Like About You (;-( not on anymore), Dirty Jobs, American Chopper, Myth Busters, the Food Network (Love Iron Chef Michael Symon), HGTV, and Ace of Cakes.
Books
I read lots! Dan Brown, Diana Gabaldon, Janet Evanovich (gotta love the Stephanie Plum series!),John Case, Debbie Macomber, Susan Wittig Albert just to name a few.

I'd have to say that my parents are my heros. No matter what has happened in my life or the lives of my siblings - good or bad - they have always been there to support us. Mom and Dad - you ROCK!!!

I'm just a 30-something chick, that feels like I'm still 20-something on most days, in love in a long term relationship with my man - living happily with him and our cat. I'm an art doll and fiber artist and enjoy creating all types of things with all types of fiber!
Who I'd like to meet: I'm a big fan of the actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Alex O'Loughlin. They are great actors and it would be a pleasure to be able to meet them both someday.
I'm looking forward to tuning into Alex O'Loughlin's new TV show THREE RIVERS set to debut on CBS's fall 2009 schedule. Not only do I think it will be an excellent show, I'm also excited that it takes place in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA!
I also wouldn't mind meeting the cast of Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural and CSI (Las Vegas). Love these shows and the actors are just great.
Another person I'd like to meet is my first child. I had a miscarriage 11 years ago and always have wondered what that child would have looked like, what their personality would be like.....yep, I'd love to meet my first child.
