We each have our own favorite artists, and this blending of different influences is what creates the Bedlam Brothers unique sound. Some examples: Eric Clapton, James Taylor, The Allman Brothers Band, The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkle, Alice Cooper, Foghat, Blackfoot, Savoy Brown, Captain Beyond, Yes, Pink Floyd, James Gang, Ten Years After, Kansas, Little Feat, King Crimson, Wishbone Ash, ZZ Top, ELP, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Outlaws, Free, Grand Funk, Uriah Heep and on and on. That may explain why we have always played at least 50% originals since the band's inception in the early 70s. We could never agree on which bands to cover!
The Bedlam Brothers are avid fans of NIGHT ROCK 103.9 with Hegewisch Lisa and Tom Lounges. Our heartfelt thanks to Tom and Lisa for their continued support and promotion of local music and musicians. NIGHT ROCK airs every Sunday from 6pm to 9pm followed by the Album of the Week. We are also fans of the new daytime format at Northwest Indiana's XROCK 103.9 with Scott Rosenberg in the morning and Tom Lounges in the afternoon. They play great deep cuts from your favorite rock artists and music from your favorite local bands. It's as good as radio was 30 years ago!
We are honored by this award and we will continue to promote Region Rock!

Sounds Like
a bunch of old guys who still love playing their own music in hopes that someone else might also appreciate it. We can only go where the music takes us and apparently that isn't going to be into fame and fortune. At least not in this lifetime, but we're going to keep on playing as long as we are able!
The Bedlam Brothers have been playing music together in one form or another since we were in high school! Perhaps even more important than the music is our extended network of family and friends and the relationships that have grown over the past 30 plus years. For this we feel truly blessed. Our original music is a history of our life stories and the style is loosely 70s rock or what most radio stations call Classic Rock.
I hope one day I will pass through and get a chance to hear the band play. I love your songs and have passed the bands name on to a few friends of mine. Keep playing some great music Lots of Love, Sarah
