Bee Church: Acoustic guitar and Vocals.
And Sometimes...
Duncan: drums
Brendan: Bass
Kev: Guitar
Influences
Kathryn Williams, Jane Weaver, Kings of Convenience, Modest Mouse, Melanie, this is quite a hard question isn't it? I don't feel like anything influences me, but it must do I suppose. I think lots of local musicians probably influence me.
Sounds Like
The best one i've heard lately - a female Morrissey, great! People tend to say Jewel, previous comparisons include Tracy Chapman, Stevie Nicks, All About Eve, Tom Mcrae and Alanis Morissette
"First up was Bee, an artist who has gone from strength to strength within the last year or so. Her Music while reminiscent of Jewel in places, has a very distinctive and thoughtful style. She played a range of her music, which enchanted the audience, who had the opportunity to hear every wistful lyric. As well as this, she gave us her version of a few covers 'less travelled', proving that Bee will avoid cliches and provide true entertainment." Katy Wall. 2004. NorthamptonBands.co.uk.

Hi Bee As well as the weekly open mic at the King's Head in Buckingham I'm promoting a gig this month in Newport Pagnell, details below. Sukilove are the best belgian band you've never heard of. Tickets via my website. You be careful around those Cave boys, they'll lead you into bad ways.. Cheers Dan
Hi Bee, I saw you at the Molly Malone's on last Thursday night and didn't get the chance to see you performing again during the festival. I enjoyed your gig a lot, your voice is beautiful and I really like the atmosphere of your songs. Hope to see you in Northampton or in Poitiers. Peace, Tim

So, you see the summer sun may finally doing what it should be doing and spraying us with UV rays and increasing the sale of high factor sun block 10 fold, but this also means you can come out the house without fear of drowning in a constant stream of sweaty rainfall. So you should almost definitely come to this thing.
