Cooking, scrapbooking, spending time with my girls, sleeping, snuggling (physical contact is a big weakness of mine).
Music
Dave Matthews Band, Billy Joel, Phish, Van Morrison, Sarah McLachlan, Chicago, The Police, Duran Duran, Broadway, choral music (especially Randall Thompson), 80s and 90s dance/pop music, and whatever I can sing to in the car. Other than that, I like all sorts of stuff, as evidenced by my playlist over there -----> Having been a choir member and opera singer in a former life, I'm a sucker for good vocal harmony.
Movies
Dead Poets' Society, Beaches, Big Fish, You've Got Mail, French Kiss, The American President
Television
What I like to watch on TV is just as varied as the music I like, and it changes so frequently I'd have to be willing to update this section far too often to keep up. Right now, I'm enjoying Boston Legal, Dirty Sexy Money and a lot of random HGTV and A&E stuff. Of shows that are no longer in production, I'm a huge fan of Sex and the City and Mad About You.
Books
Nickel & Dimed, Fast Food Nation, The Secret Garden, Charlotte's Web, anything by Jennifer Weiner, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni or Anthony Bourdain.
About me: East Coast native, Midwest transplant who considers my friends to be my "family away from family." I came to the Midwest by way of the internet - I met my husband in a chat room in 1998, moved here a few months later and the rest is history.

Hey girl! Sorry I missed your invite to the Lia Sophia party -- just read it. I don't keep up with Myspace nearly as much as I do Facebook. Hope you guys are doing well!
Happy Birthday Kathleen. Hope you had a nice day. Hey...what happened to my homemade 40th birthday card??? I've been waiting anxiously for it! Will I still be 40 when I get it? LOL Hugs
Just dropping by to say HELLO!! I hope you are doing well- what are your plans for this weekend?
You are going to crack up. One of my coworkers spoke with an enrollee who said that he found out that we can "move the coverage gap" for him so he's no longer in it...we were cracking up at work about that. If it were only that easy...*sigh*. And open enrollment is just around the corner. I am NOT looking forward to that one!!!
I'm glad you're ok. You're online now, but I have no idea how to IM you on myspace. Can it even be done? Who knows?! Anywho, when can I call you? Love to talk to you. Also, is your tel# the same? If not, e-mail it to me please. xoxoxox
Where the heck r u? Haven't heard from you...getting worried. My nephew, Jesse, was in a car accident this morning. He's in the hospital, but he's going to be alright. My car died for 9 days, but finally got it fixed. Delilah had cancer, but the HUGE tumor was successfully removed. Even the vet was stunned. Sounds like a country song. LOL Life is good. Love, D

I would like to say that I am living proof that therapy doesn't work, but I have never had any therapy. I was thinking about swinging to Mad city to see you guys after reading Brian's blog. We most definitely must do this.
Yeah, D was 3 or 4 when we all left Ivillage for TPP...gahh the memories. Same with when we left CA for WA. I can't believe it's been 5 years. They grow too fast, ya know??
