Beerjacket is one-man alt folk from Glasgow.

The National, Kristin Hersh, British Sea Power, Bat For Lashes, Rilo Kiley, The Dodos, Lightspeed Champion, The Gutter Twins, St Vincent, Eugene McGuinness, Frightened Rabbit, Fionn Regan, Giant Drag, Port O' Brien, Arab Strap, Feist, Nina Nastasia, Horse Feathers, Sean Lennon, Ida Maria, Shout Out Louds, Malcolm Middleton, Joan As Police Woman, The Twilight Sad, Ed Harcourt, Guillemots, Mark Eitzel and Tom Vek as well as performances at Belladrum, Connect and Hinterland Festival.
The new Beerjacket album Animosity was released digitally on 8th June, 2009 on iTunes, eMusic, LaLa and Amazon MP3.
A limited edition digipack CD version is available at shows and from Avalanche Records in Glasgow.
Tracks from Animosity have been receiving regular national and international radio airplay on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio Scotland and Melbourne's Triple R.
