At the crossroads of punkrock and hardcore, Poison heart takes its energy from both styles. Somewhere between screaming and singing, lyrics are about emotions, crime stories, politics and reveal the intensity of their music, torturated. Winter '05 sees the band learning to grow together and preparing the release of the first lp "be forever mine...". The band starts playing shows in july 2006, 10 months after their first gig, the band hit the "High Lake Hill" studio in Antwerpen in april 2007. "One poison drives out another" went out on "we are all liars rec" summer 2007. May 2008, the band appears on a tribute comp to "Kid Dynamite" "All ages" on "Ony red chord". Poison heart takes a part of the "Eros tour 2008". New release in january 2009 "the year punk broke", brand new ep, catchy and agressive, recorded with Q Demko at the "eleven ways " studio.
Poison heart has shared the stage with Agnostic Front, Terror, Maroon, Amen Ra, Coquettish, Aqme, Devil sold his soul, Cruel Hand, Wampas, Morda, To kill, Guerilla poubelle, The Arrs, Narziss, Length of Time, Lofofora, Rise and Fall, Do or Die, Defdump, 2nd District, Radio dead ones, Arkangel, Revive, The Ruined, Nine Eleven, Sling 69, Versus you, Uncommonmenfrommars, Carpathian, Miles away,...in Belgium, UK, Luxemburg, France, Germany and performed in festival as "Sortie 23 2006" (Be), "Maximum Hardcore Fest 2007" (Be), "WAAL fest 2007" (Be), "Boutik rock 2008" (Be), "Nuits de l'Entrepot 2008" (Be), "Durbuy rock fest 2008" (Be).
