The battle between marvel and disappointment, determination and hopelesness.
Beholder is a one man band, spawned out of my love for progressive and hard-hitting music, and as a way to channel my creativity. My music is quite eclectic, but primarily mixes the raw energy and strong emotions and passion of black and death metal with the soothing comfort of clean guitar melodies, submerged layering of ethereal melodies, welded into song structures that rarely reach back but rather venture on into the unknown. The music I create is very personal without compromise, and probably contains elements that do not appeal to a wide range of people (the vocals might be the biggest problem), but I hope that everyone can at least find a few aspects that they enjoy. Everything you hear in my songs is played on an electric guitar (including bass guitar and keyboard-like layers), except for (obviously) the vocals, and the drums which are assembled from a .rex2 library. I have been playing the electric guitar for about 4 years, and the guitar I use is a Yamaha Pacifica 112. Beholder's music is made on my pc in the program Riffworks, using a Line 6 guitarport.
You can support me by listening to my music at Last.fm (see musician webpage, I'm known as "Hear The Beholder" there as there is already a different artist called Beholder). All support is highly appreciated!

Hails from RADIGOST! Thanks for the add & support! Our new album is out now! "A Stellar Kingdom" is a fantastic mix of symphonic dark metal parts with opera soprano voice, classical and folk music.
Horns up!
