Who I'd like to meet:

Like many people I was unaware of the rampant misdeeds & illegal activity that is committed everyday in so called "family & juvenile" courts. I did not know how Child Protective Services operated, I did not know how the people who forcefully intrude in our lives all work together, all receive their paychecks from the same place, all depend on each other for their monetary survival & livelihood. I did not know until I was wrangled into this system. My daughter was taken out of our home kicking, screaming & crying uncontrollably on May 17, 2006. She was kidnapped by Juvenile Court worker, Stacey (CRIPPEN) Turpin, the one who doesn't know her job or the law. They came in with no warrant, no previous complaints, no probable cause. Just Turpin's lie that they had a warrant, SHE DID NOT. NO ONE DID. When does her prosecution start? My baby was 2 years old. She was given to her father. The same father who beat the hell out of me on several occasions when we were together, the same father who knew where she was for a whole year and never visited, bought her any birthday or Christmas gifts, the same father I had to have removed from my home on 2 separate occasions by the police. Of course there were no problems when he was coming around & under the impression we would get back together. But I am much older know & much wiser. They say every thing that happens in your life is for a reason, the reasons for those beatings he so violently perpetrated against me, taught me, to take care of myself, have pride in myself, to NEVER let a man put his hands on me. I am worth more than that. I deserve & demand better than that. To raise my expectations of a partner and of myself. I knew I would never go back to him, & it was when I told him that all the problems began. But I must give him credit, he found a better way to continue the abuse. He found an ally in the court system. A guardian ad litem, who adored him, Joseph Della Rodolfa, who recommends to the courts that my daughter stay with him, Rodney L Ash, not me. This guardian ad litem NEVER met or ATTEMPTED to meet me or Bella. Had he, has the LAW requires, he could have spoken to the professionals that are going to now testify for Bella and I. People who do know us both. He doesn't know verbal recommendations to the court were outlawed way back, but he knew to submit his bill. Yeah, you know where you can put that. I have real lawyers to pay. ~~~~I WANT TO MEET YOU & ALL THE OTHER FED UP PISSED OFF PARENTS.~~~~ I want to meet some Motivated, Innovative, Creative, Strong Willed People, that will be more active, vocal and public in the valiant effort for Childrens Services & Family Court Reform. I want to meet a team of lawyers, advocates, and parents that will hold Courts, their employees, Social Workers, and all involved with the care & safety of our children accountable for the numerous and consistent violations of Federal, State, & Local Laws. You Stole my Constitutional Rights & I want them back. The "system" stole my daughters Constitutional Rights, SHE WANTS THEM BACK TOO! ~~~~~I AM HER MOTHER~~~~ You took my child, you kidnapped her, you are holding her for ransom, you have done nothing to ensure her safety, & if you think I am not going to do EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, to put you out there, to make your illegal activity known, you are so SO sadly mistaken. So to all you with "unclean hands" this is your first and only warning, I am going to fight you back, with everything, I am not alone, I am not stupid, I am not crazy, I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU. I am not all the things you were hoping I was. I will NEVER give up. Everyone involved in this, let hell rain down on you, and it will, like you have never seen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ KARMA IS MY BEST FRIEND.~~~~~~~~~~~~.. ..
