I love Chick Flicks. It's a weakness. I love Romantic Comedies, those Crude Comedies ((like Super Bad)), and Scary Movies. I absolutely adore Disney movies ((the Little Mermaid is my favorite)). I don't watch a lot of television anymore. I love Real World/Road Rules Challenges. Friends. Grey's Anatomy & Private Practice. Pushing Daisies, is good. I never got into the Hero's Craze - though I tried. I'll watch the Bachelor ((if he's cute)), and an assortment of other "Reality TV" programs. Love those Cops and Amazing Video type shows. I am a big nerd. I love to read - pretty much anything. I do love those girly little romance novels, but for the most part it has to have some action or something, y'know? Nicholas Sparks is my favorite. I love Cindy Gerard and Amy J. Fetzer. Jodi Picoult is amazing. Judith McNaught and Catherine Anderson rock. Linda Howard is equally amazing. Nora Roberts is...meh, so, so. I really loved her "High Noon" book.
And, yes, I totally jumped on the Twilight Band Wagon. I love Edward Cullen, and I feel ok admitting that.
Classically, I love Jane Austen. I've read "Pride & Prejudice" and "Persuasion". Next, I'd like to read "Sense and Sensibility".
I'm determined to read Margaret Mitchell's "Gone With the Wind" but that's a flippin' epic so it might take me a year or five. |

About me:
My name is Raychel.
I'm from a small town in West Virginia. I want to move (either out of town or state) sometime soon.
I've graduated with an Associates Degree, and now I'm pursuing my Bachelor's.
I love to read. I love to write. I consider myself a writer, and my aspiration is to one day become a published author.
I don't want to become rich and famous; I'd rather be anonymous, yet at the same time allow people to enjoy reading my work, as much as I enjoy writing it.
Writing is a hobby I enjoy. Sometimes it's stressful, but most of the time, it's very soothing and relaxing. I do not look for writing to be my career - that's why I'm going to college. I love to write; I forsee myself wrting years from now.
I'll probably utilize myspace for a location of sorts for my original works. We'll see.
Aside from writing, I'm pretty much a homebody. I'd much stay at home with a good book or a watch a good movie, than go out partying.
I am not your typical college student. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't have promiscuous sex. I guess I'm just weird that way!
I'm pretty easy to get along with. I love to laugh and chat, and I enjoy meeting new people. So, please, don't hesitate to get to know me.
