Belle Phoenix is like a cigarette addiction... An aquired taste of 'The End Is Nigh' and 'Those Fellas That Fight Wars' syndrome, a narcotic that once accustomed to, will go well with afternoon coffee or wine in the company of free thinking, independent, clairvoyant sullen type creatures.
The Belle Phoenix Band is an illusive, morphing ritual of unique and creative possibilities. The original recordings on 'The Glorious Dead' consist of hammond / melatron organs, piano, electic guitar, bass, drums, acoustic guitar and 80's string synth thrown in for a little black humor.
2007 - 2008 Sydney, Brisbane shows vomited experimental wailing violin, retarded simple acoustic guitar, electric guitars that describe David Lynch dream states along with Jethro Tull inspired flute!
