In 1993, BELLFAST has been formed under the leadership of bass player Shuji Matsumoto in Nagoya/Japan. The original member was four persons, Shuji, Makoto Kano (Guitar), Yasuo Iida (Vocal) and Takahiro Ishikawa (Drums). The band focused on Hard Rock with the element of Irish/Celtic Music, and began activity.
Although a drummer's post was fluid, Mikio Ogawa (Drums/RACHEL MOTHER GOOSE) joined in 1996, the band was stabilized and it worked favorably.
However, the crisis visited in the band in 1998. Guitarist Makoto left the band by the personal reason. This parting was very severe for the band because he supported the musical side of BELLFAST as important partner of Shuji. Although Yasuhiko Shimizu join as a successor of Makoto, in following 1999, All the members have broken away except Shuji. In this worst situation, Shuji made a fresh resolve to continue the band and make the album.
Presently Hiroshi Sakakima (Drums) and Arata Niwa (Guitar) newly join, and orginal Member Makoto also returns, the band was ready again at last and rushed into recording. The recording which appointed many guest musicians, such as Vocals, Fiddle, Piano, and many other instruments, reached in one year and no less than nine months. And in December 2001, 1st Mini Album "Faraway Prayers" was released via Mustang Records. This album that contained the original idea won reputation from both a fan and media.
When 2002 came, new singer Koh Nishino (Vocal/DRAGONSWORD, ex-Rev, NAUTILLUS, ROSERICH) joined, and performed the album's follow-up show in Tokyo. And without resting, the band recorded the 2 new songs from the end of the year to the beginning of 2003 as the pre-production of coming full-length album.
But ... after that, BELLFAST has become silent suddenly by some complicated reasons...
When three years passed, 2006, The band was resurrected taking advantage of the offer of the participation to compilation album. Shuji, Makoto and Koh recorded the most important song of a band called "Celtic Drum" with several talented support musicians, and it was provided for the compilation album "Samurai Metal Vol.2".
Hereafter, BELLFAST will make great strides with more celtic & progressive feelings.
...Now, the Celtic Drum began to beat the rhythm again!!

We have decided to change our name from KALEB to DETHONATOR, owing to the
presence of other artists trading under the name KALEB. Our new band name
DETHONATOR has been chosen to avoid confusion and to promote a brand that
stands alone. Everyone at DETHONATOR thanks you for your continued
support.
It's the very first episode of INTERGALACTIC and it's the first thing me and Morgan have ever acted in. It's a work in progress. I learn as I go. It's a great start though. We had a lot of fun and will be putting more stuff out soon. Maybe next time we'll have a script.
I fucking find it HILARIOUS!!!! I'm so proud of how bad it sucks. I hate introductions... I can't just start killing people. Maybe next time... maybe next time.
