About me:
The first Belly Up Tavern opened in 1974, in a small surf town just north of San Diego. Within a few years, the Belly Up became one of San Diego's 'Best Live Music Venues' year after year, including 2004.
In 2005, Steve Goldberg (owner of the Belly Up in Solana Beach) teamed up with his brother Michael and opened the Belly Up Aspen, a new place to party after a day on the slopes. So whether you're skiing powder, banging moguls, or just taking in the sights, you may find yourself at the end of the day bellying up to great music and great drinks at the social hub that is the Belly Up.
