About me: Belowempty.com / stonetemplepilots.net is the home of a large fansite about the awesome Stone Temple Pilots.
You will be able to find news, information about STP's releases, their tours and the band members. You can also interact with other fans on the forum, and post your concert experiences and love for STP. To get an idea of all the things that are up on this site, you can check out a site map here.
The site has been around in various forms and designs since 1997 and has been known for it's accuracy and quick news updates on all things STP. Today it incorporates all the good stuff from its past incarnations such as The STP Discography Site, The Vatican Gift Shop, The STP Network and The STP Experience. Through all these projects, I accumulated a news archive going back to 1999. In February 2008, I finally found some time to dust off old .txt and .html files containing the news sections of all those older site versions. Most news archives have now finally been restored.
If you need to know anything about STP and their releases and concerts, then this is the place to be. Unfortunately, most other STP fan sites have lived very short lives. I intend to keep this site around for a long time.
Since the release of STP's greatest hits album 'Thank You', the most energy is put into the archives of this site. In late 2005, I did a major overhaul on all site sections. This update included an all-new, fully updated Discography and a complete Song Info Archive where you can find everything you need to know about the songs and releases related to Scott Weiland, Robert DeLeo, Dean DeLeo and Eric Kretz.
Now Stone Temple Pilots are back together in 2008, this site will once again strive to be the #1 resource for all fans.

Very sad ~ I don't think STP is gonna come back to Florida. I'll be refunding the tixs this weekend after taking a few pics of them for memories that never came.
