Our influences are many and varied, and differ greatly from one member of the band to another. The Cure was a major influence, especially in our early years. Disintegration still stands among the greatest albums ever. We all agree on that. Some other bands and musicians that have had an influence on us:

Corey (guitar, vocals/lyrics) Breaking Benjamin, Smile Empty Soul, Seether, Vitriolic, Staind, Alice in Chains, Jimmy Eat World, Three Days Grace, FlyLeaf, Incubus, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Our Lady Peace, Blink 182, Pink, Deftones, Nirvana, Shakira, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Cure, Shiny Toy Guns, and others...

Axel (drums) Within Temptation, Meg & Dia, Lacuna Coil, Mute Math, Catherine Wheel, and The Cruxshadows, Our Lady Peace, Alkaline Trio, Bif Naked, Evanescence, and Toad the Wet Sprocket, The Cure

Leif (bass) Flyleaf, Enya, Gretchen, Within Temptation, Vitriolic, Midnight Oil, The Cranberries, Bif Naked, The Cure, and some others that I cannot think of at the moment.

HELL YEAH MAN! good luck with it. just make sure the intonation will b fine with the different neck. i tried to put an SG neck on a Strat body and the 12th fret note was NOWHERE close to its open-string counterpart. it looked fuckin cool tho! Cant wait to see ur progress tho

Hell yeah man.. Any specific body colors or designs in mind? Painting Semi-hollow bodies is considerably harder than solod bodies

i know i meant make the bottom of the knob fit in the hole, and at the top of the knob alter the shape.. like weld a star to the top and have flat star knobs.. (just an example)

First of all, Nice fucking guitar man
but honestly what i would do if u are wanting to keep the original shape id powdercoat the original knobs.. if u have that option at ur disposal.
im looking at a pic of the guitar now and i think that would look best
but its ur guitar
r u wanting the general shape of the original knobs
or like some off the wall shape?

The Evos are pretty tight, and have a lot more character than the 81/85s. (You can hear the Evos on "Alone", and the 81's on all demos except the original version of "Pain".) If you want an active pickup sound, tho, I personally would go for the D Activators. Same type of tone (but I think the DiMarzios are actually more responsive), and you don't have to deal with the dumb battery. That can be really annoying at a gig, because you have to unplug it at every break or else risk draining the battery and that can get to be pretty expensive.

hmm yeh i can see why some people dont like all his stuff haha no i never have seen him live, not yet. i think when he plays in ireland he sells out in seconds.... ireland is pretty supportive of their music.
your guitar pics are cool! although i dont know much about all that stuff ahah, i wish i did.

Hey Corey,

Congrats on getting your Les Paul Ultra rewired. The cream DiMarzios really compliment the finish, and I'm sure they sound great. Seb is indeed a great help in that department, too. :)

Hope you're having a great week as well.

It's actually a quilted top, but yeah it is a beautiful guitar. The pic doesn't do it justice.
