BELT is a forever changing band of misfits, which compliments their musical style perfectly. The brain-child of Terrence Brennan, a Brooklyn transplant from South Portland, Maine; BELT's varied influences include The Kinks, The Clash, Sublime, Weezer and The Pixies. Their No-Song-Sounds-Alike philosophy has helped them craft a sound which seamlessly blends punk, folk, reggae and funk with improvisational elements that keep the audience guessing, dancing and singing along. BELT has recently independently released "DISQUIETUDE," a new full-length album recorded at Tainted Blue studios in New York's Times Square. "This record has been a labor of love for us," says Terrence, "We're a completely different band from the one that went into this recording.
