As it turns out- this new album " Who We Are" was inspired by a relationship... like all the others. This one was different though - so many more feelings brought on; accompanied by so many more emotions that I never knew I had. This being my audible diary - my " therapy" if you will - helped me really find out who I am. I hope it shows through the music. I truly hope that while listening to this, you can feel everything I felt while writing and playing it. I guess that's all musicians goals really come down to...evoking emotion through sound = " Honesty in zeros and ones" ( The Red Car Light ).
I expect that you all listen to this loud and meditate on the feelings that you have about other people, especially the ones who hold an intimacy in the mind and heart. Have respect for this - and show love and understanding every which way you possibly can. I truly hope that this music can be heard by everyone...I plan on promoting and playing shows and working my ass off so that it can be heard- otherwise, what am I doing in the first place? :)
