Hi there, thanks for being our friend, T.B.G. haven't done a whole lot since Matty has been working on Seperatista! - his solo album (over at www.myspace.com/matmchugh), that's about to change. We've been working up a couple of new songs and they're sounding alright! so lookout for some action we have planned in Sept. alrighty ...
The Modern Antiques need to find a way to open for Toad the Wet Sprocket this summer at Bayfront (or, at the very least, play an after-party for it) -- I think a lot of people who are into their sound would absolutely love you guys!
I saw Ben Durbin and the Modern Antiques at Beaner's Central in Duluth and they were SO RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING that they caused a thunderstorm to occur! They were SO GOOD: they were better than leather-bound books and pillows made out of chocolate - PUT TOGETHER! (Which is very rock and roll, I'd say.)
I think you should keep posting gigs here, so I can be BLOWN AWAY again. : ) ... and don't keep those videos hidden from the online community - the public demands more!
