Influences	STAR BLAZERS!!!, STAR WARS (IV AND V only) STAR TREK (TOS, TAS, I-X, TNG, DSP, ENT not VOY, not XI), all the "Star" movies, except Stargate, which I still just don't get. Or anything with "Space" in the title. We are suckers for that sort of thing. THE PRISONER was totally bad-ass. It took place on Earth and had neither Space nor Star in the title, but it did have a rather menacing weather balloon named Rover. My favorite Sci Fi movie is GLEN AND RANDA, but like, nobody has seen that shit which is a cinematic crime. I also really like THX-1138, THE ELEMENT OF CRIME, THINGS TO COME (original), METROPOLIS, HARDWARE, GUNHED, BATTLE ANGEL ALITA, STARVENGERS, GRANDIZER, ALIEN(S), ROBOCOP, CE3K, CHILDREN OF MEN, FIREFLY, BATTLE OF THE PLANETS, (GATCHAMAN), RAY HARRYHAUSEN, SYD MEAD, DOUGLAS TRUMBULL, ED CATMUL, KURT VONNEGUT, IAN FLEMMING and the complete works of TERRY GILLIAM, WERNER HERZOG, LARS VON TRIER and DAVID LYNCH

North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 4:00pm – 1:00am / $5 DAVID LYNCHminiFEST 2009 – A salute to American film icon David Lynch featuring Angelo Badalamenti tribute band CHUG-A-LUG DONNA. This is for the true Lynch-heads. David worked on two television projects in the early 90’s, neither of which are currently available in any commercial form and have not been in circulation since the heyday of the VHS boom. As the popular analog tape format died off, many, many films have been lost in the technological transition from film to tape to the current digital media. The EAST COAST BOOKHOUSE BOYS AV CLUB is dedicated to preserving such works. This will be a seated, cabaret style affair. Coffee, pie, donuts, owls and all the damn fine hospitality you have come to expect from the good folks at David Lynchfest. We will be having our yearly big-big Fest next April 2010 in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Twin Peaks with new bands and even more garmonbozia! Stay tuned. The Owls are not what they seem. 4:00pm – 6:00pm – “HOTEL ROOM” –Harry Dean Stanton and Crispin Glover. 6:00pm - 7:00pm - CHUG-A-LUG DONNA with The LOG LADY – Early set 7:00pm – 10:00pm – “ON-THE-AIR”- The short lived, much loved, very odd 7 episode TV series. 10:00pm - 11:00pm - CHUG-A-LUG DONNA with The LOG LADY – Late set 11:00 – 1:00 – “MULHOLAND DRIVE TV PILOT” – The original version for the launching of a tv series.

Starflight Music	Jun 1 2009 7:30 AM It was definitely small, I agree, though it was sort of neat being by the lobby/restaurant that way. Saturday afternoon I saw a band singing there, and they didn't use the stage; they set up in front of it. It was too small even for a keyboard. That was my first concert in public, and I was really nervous (still getting over stage fright). I'm used to having the keyboard player in our duo next to me when I sing. When he told me I had to get up there by myself, I didn't think I could manage. But I did, and it went okay. He was great. Our guest artist, the drummer/trumpet player, went on the other side of the stage. It was fun, and for a first concert, not so bad. I'm lucky to have the support of some excellent musicians. We went on the Hrab stage just the night before you, at 9pm. I'm sorry we missed each other at the con. Your group sounds wonderful! I hope you'll announce your next Maryland or D.C. show over on our page; I'd love to hear you. It would be great to meet some more science fiction bands in the area.
