Thank you for preserving Bengie’s Drive-In for so many years and continuing to put so much work into entertaining us. I was excited to attend the show last night for the first time this season.
Bengie’s is a special place for my boyfriend and me because we went there for our first date when we were in high school. Thanks to the archives you keep on the website we were even lucky enough to discover the day we went and remember what was playing.

Well now Bengie’s holds an even more important place in our hearts. Reminiscent of our first date, we went to Bengie’s last night, particularly to see the newest Fast & Furious film. Shortly after the credits finished, my boyfriend turned to me and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes!
I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the hard work you put into the theater, especially the challenges you have faced this year. Without you and the Bengie’s Drive-In our story would not be as sweet.

It's a shame, an absolute shame that you have to deal with the light issues. Obviously it's a zoning issue in the end but I can't believe there is no consideration taken for a business that has been in the area for over 50 years. I have nothing but faith and respect for you Mr. Vogel for putting up the fight and preserving Bengies no matter what the final outcome may be. I hope to see an opening sooner than later but I'm sure all the Bengies fans understand.
How much longer do all us Bengies fans have to endure waiting on the Roayl farms lighting issue? They did dim the fuel pump canopy lights and roof spotlots are dim or off. Whats the holdup? Its well into spring already! Let the lawyers fight it out and come on and open already!!! We want to come again!
I just found out about the problem with the royal farms lighting!!! i hope everything gets resolved soon because i cant wait for the 2009 season to begin. I wish u guys the best of luck with the issue! Royal Farms is nothing but a building whereas Bengies holds a place in the hearts of every person who loves to spend their saturday nights under the stars watching a TRIPPPLE feature :)
OMG! Its aboue time u guys post a date, I cant wait. My bf and I just moved to Cockeysville so that means we're a lot closer than before. Cant wait to see whats going to there opening weekend.
