My name is Ben Kenney. I'm 32 years old and I live in California. I am a musician. For the past 6 years I've been playing bass for Incubus. Before that, I played guitar for The Roots. Before that, I was in a few different bands. Some were good, some were bad. All of them are experiences I wouldn't trade for anything. I play a few different instruments and sing a bit. All the music on this page was written, performed and recorded by me. I'm part of a small record label called Ghetto Crush Industries. We put out our own music and talk trash about everyone else's. If you have a band please don't ask me to listen to your demos. I'd much rather you go and make the best music you can. If it's really good then the right people will find you. Please don't ask me to put you in touch with Brandon Boyd. Sure, he's a great guy but it's rude and quite stalker-ish to bother me with your obsession over him.
