Funded by the Victor VonDoom Corporation, four friends were sent on a space exploration. Apon re-entry, their shuttle was exposed to toxic chemicals that gave them all super powers. Grant Farmiloe became the Human Torch because he's soooo hot, Geoff Trautman became The Thing because of a previous nick-name, David Green was able to stretch all his appendages (and I mean ALL his appendages) so he became Mr. Fantastic, and AJ became the Invisible Woman for obvious reasons. They joined forces to write songs that would destroy the evil Dr. Doom and save the world.
