Hey neighbor! How are things? BCN still misses you! They have been tearing up your apartment next door for about amonth now. Completely stripped EVERYTHING, walls, floors, tore out the kitchen, started completely from scratch. The noise has been hell, but they did cut our rent in half. hehehehe. At first I was very protective, and was like, "Hey, what you doing to my neighbor place??!!" but I think it will turned out sweet. Hope all is well!! Steven and I are coming back to the states and moving to Hawaii in January, so start planning you Hawaian vacation bro.
