I'm an Australian musician, who has been living in the Netherlands since 2003. At the moment i work mostly in Dutch musical theatre. Past productions have included "The Lion King", "Beauty and the Beast", "The Wiz", and "Les Miserables" Currently i am the tenor/bass trombonist for "Tarzan" and freelance in "Ciske de Rat", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and "Dirty Dancing". I was also the trombonist in the Dutch production of Dancing with the Stars in 2007, as well as freelancing in numerous other TV, studio and orchestral gigs, such as the Metropole Orkest, Rotterdam Philharmonic, Musicals in Ahoy 2006, Musical Award Gala 2006, Joop van den Ende 65th birthday Gala 2007, and have backed artists such as Phil Collins, Vanessa Williams, Randy Brecker, Conrad Herwig and Ronnie Cuber. I have also played every year at the North Sea Jazz Festival since 2005. In Australia I was a regular member of John Morrison's Swing City Big Band, and regularly appeared with Australian jazz great, James Morrison, and worked in the orchestras and bands of Tommy Tycho. In Australia i backed artists including James Morrison, Don Burrows, George Golla, Emma Pask, Monica Trapaga, Rhonda Burchmore, Don Lane, Jeff Duff, and Marcia Hines. Adelaide born and bred, then lived in Sydney for 7 years, and now currently residing in Rotterdam. I play mainly bass trombone, but also double on tenor trombone and tuba. When needed i also play contra bass trombone and bass sackbut.
