I really love writing, and solving problems. I love journalism, and hope to pursue it in college. I love playing sports, though I don't have the speed to make a living out of it (I play with a guy who does, however - the future Beckham). I also love acting, but I don't know, it's more of a hobby than anything. Guess I'm a jack of all trades...or at least that's what they tell me.
Music
I generally like any band that sounds better live than they do recorded (which is super-rare!). Right now I'm listening to Broken Social Scene, Explosions In The Sky, China Room (great unsigned band), Death Cab, David Gray, Hellogoodbye, The Smashing Pumpkins, A Tribe Called Quest, Mates of State, and Lordi (check out the video of them performing "Hard Rock Hallelujah" at the Eurovision Awards, trust me) Lordi MTV European Music Awards
Mullholland Drive, Network, Nixon, JFK, Wedding Crashers, Dazed and Confused, All the President's Men.

Don't really have time to watch TV these days! If I do, I like to watch the news...gotta know what's going on!
Books
Catcher In The Rye (which I guess is every guys favorite novel, but whatever), Ethan Frome, 1984, Brave New World...kinda stinks they're all school assigned. But they were assigned for a damn good reason. Once I have a second to breathe I want to go discover some great books on my own.

About me: I don't normally like this sort of thing, because it sounds like bragging, but here it goes. I'm a senior at Edward Adams High School. I'm the ASB President, chief editor of the school newspaper and yearbook, I play football and soccer, and I'm heavily involved in the school's theater department. See, it sounds like bragging, right?
Who I'd like to meet: Bill Clinton, Billy Corgan, generally people named Bill. I don't know. I would also love to sit down with the some of the next candidates that will be running for president.
